If you use the Vylo app or Vylo hardware for personal or professional productivity, the Privacy Policy for Individuals applies to you. This policy covers Vylo more broadly, including organizations using Vylo Business.

Vylo is a product of Wheelseye Technology India Private Limited, registered in India. We build AI-powered wearable hardware and software to help professionals capture and recall meeting conversations.

• Sign-in details: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address, and nothing else. We never receive your Google password, and we cannot read your Gmail, contacts, files or calendar.
• Order details: when you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to fulfil and support your purchase.
• Audio recordings: when you use the Vylo device and app, audio from your meetings is recorded locally and processed to generate transcripts and summaries.
• Usage data: basic app usage analytics (session length, feature usage) to improve the product. No personal content is included.

• Your sign-in details identify your account so that your meetings, plan and devices are the same on the website, on your phone and on your desktop. Signing in on the website uses the same account as the Vylo app, so there is nothing extra to create.
• Your contact details are used only to fulfil your order and send service updates. They are never sold or shared with third parties.
• Your recordings and transcripts are processed solely to provide you the features you requested (summaries, search, action items). They are not used to train AI models.
• Usage analytics help us understand what's working and fix what isn't.

Your conversations are private. Vylo staff cannot access your recordings or transcripts, not even for support purposes. Your business conversations are never shared, never sold, and never used to train AI systems, ours or anyone else's.

One limit, stated plainly rather than hidden. If we are compelled by valid legal process, we comply to the extent we are technically able. Where your recordings are encrypted such that we cannot read them, we cannot produce their contents to anyone, including a court.

Vylo can connect to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT so you can ask about your own meetings there. Nothing is connected unless you set it up, and nothing is sent until you ask a question. The connection is read-only: the assistant can read your notes and can never change, delete or create anything.

Once your content reaches Claude or ChatGPT it is held under that company's privacy terms rather than ours, including whatever their settings say about training. Our commitment that your conversations are never used to train AI systems covers the providers Vylo chooses. It cannot cover an assistant you connect yourself, and we will not pretend it does. You can disconnect at any time from that assistant's own settings.

Recording only starts when you choose to start it. You can pause or stop at any time. Nothing is captured without your explicit action. You can delete any recording or transcript at any time from within the app.

Your recordings and transcripts are stored in encrypted form. We use industry-standard security practices. We do not retain data longer than necessary to provide the service.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from communications at any time
• Request a copy of your data in portable format
